Appointments
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.
- Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a $15 fee.
- If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or rebook your service.
Services
Services can’t be refunded once they’re done. If you’re not happy with a result, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll offer a free touch-up.
Products
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened products can’t be returned.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash. They’re valid for one year from the date of purchase.
